Designed for those who want to workout on their own but desire a tailored program to meet their goals. This option is ideal for those with a home gym or who travel frequently.

A) Macro Calendar Based

  • Long term programs outlining weekly and monthly progressions
  • Outline workouts, exercises, sets, reps etc
  • 1, 3, 6, 12 month options

B) Micro Workout Based

  • Detailed list of exercises, including how to perform each exercise
  • Videos and/or images of each exercise

Goal Discovery

Your personal training journey begins with a free virtual health consultation with one of our certified personal trainers.


The objective is to learn about your goals and to formulate a plan that fits your lifestyle. A comprehensive consultation will centre around your goals, current health, injury and exercise history. 


Initial Session

Your first workout will be a movement assessment. This is not fitness testing but rather an opportunity to have a closer look at your movement patterns. 


The initial assessment evaluates joint mobility and stability, breathing, core function and ability to perform foundational exercises. 


With this information we create better programs that meet your needs and prevent you from getting injured during your workouts.


Progress Tracking

Baseline fitness metrics and knowing your strengths and weaknesses are an essential part in creating the best fitness program for you. 


We evaluate your strength and cardio levels quarterly throughout your training journey to ensure you are on the best path towards your goals.


Why Our Online Training Programs Work


Rotational Coaching:

If you train more than one time a week with us, you get the advantage of having two coaches work with you. Think of it like having two doctors collaborating in your best interest - still following the same program but each bringing their unique perspective and personality to your sessions.


 Heart Rate Monitoring

To create the appropriate training intensity for you, heart rate monitoring is utilized to better gauge your exertion levels. 


In addition to training safer, heart rate monitoring also provides a better learning experience on how your body works.
