Weekly accountability check in's allow us to evolve your program and ensure that you stay on track.
How Oakville in person or online nutrition coaching works:
- Introductory Call (step 1)
- During this 15 minute complimentary call, we talk about what you goals, answer your questions and see if working together is the best next step.
- Intakes & Health Consultation (step 2)
- A 45 minute in-depth review of your health intake forms. This session will provide you with insight on why you may be stuck and the best path for you to take going forward.
- Nutrition Program (step 3)
- This is where the magic happens... Learn and implement foundational nutrition habits for better digestion, energy and fat loss. Weekly in person or virtual coaching sessions focus on your wins, progressions and accountability to your objectives. Each week your plan adapts based on your progress.
- 1on1 Coaching
- Our nutrition coaches hold relevant degrees and are certified in nutrition, weight loss, and Stress Reduced Fat Loss™. We are passionate about helping you achieve your best.
- Online Portal
- Access to a private online portal, complete with progress trackers and valuable resources to support your journey.
- Support
- Weekly program updates, email support and text check ins help keep you accountable and progressing to your goals.
- Local clients can access InBody analysis (body composition) within our Oakville club.
