Learn to Lift, Learn to Live

Our Learn to Lift, Learn to Live program is designed for the young adult or anyone new to exercise who is wanting to learn how to lift, eat and recover correctly. We focus on teaching you proper exercise form, technique, and the basics of nutrition, sleep, mental health and stress management.


Sign up for an hour session, half-hour, or even a doubles session with one of our coaches!


1-Hour Sessions:

  • 1 session - $112 + hst 
  • 2 sessions - $210 + hst
  • 3 sessions - $288 + hst
  • 4 sessions - $360 + hst


Half-Hour or Doubles Sessions (double sessions are cost per person and one hour in length)

  • 1 session - $74 +hst 
  • 2 sessions - $138 + hst
  • 3 sessions - $194 + hst
  • 4 sessions - $240 + hst
