HOW DOES THIS PROGRAM WORK?
- Coaching: Weekly virtual group sessions with a Nova Transformation Health Coach.
- Coach Contact: Each participant will have a coach who directly works with you by creating your plan and giving you feedback throughout the week.
- Assessments: Help to create a starting point and determine needs for your customized program. Weekly metrics help determine the next course of action.
- Curriculum. You will have private access to your own portal with resources, recipes and learning modules that you complete in your own time.
