My personal story
“I faced my own personal health challenges 5 years ago as a young father and ambitious entrepreneur. I thought I was healthy just because I worked out a lot. I did not realize that for decades I was creating inflammation in my body and damaging my body's natural hormone and neurotransmitter balance. Lack of sleep, weekends of too much pizza and beer and high stress took its toll.
For some, including myself, health came to a screeching halt as my bad habits hit a threshold. For others, it happens slowly overtime and in other ways - stomach getting fatter, losing energy each year or experience more body and joint aches and pains.
